• The Haas Master Apprentice program is a structured, 18-24 months "hands on" learning experience. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn in months what otherwise could take many years. A Haas Master Apprentice will get trained in robotics, CNC part processing, hydraulic fixturing, CNC programming and design, and other advanced manufacturing processes (ERP Systems, Enterprise Business Processes)
• The participants will be exposed to many aspects of the business. They will spend time in different departments beyond Machine Shop (i.e. Engineering, Applications, Prototype Shop, and Customer Service) which will help them become well rounded individuals.
• The program takes place at Haas Automation's 1-million-square-foot facility in Oxnard, California, in one of the most modern and advanced machine shops in the world. Those selected to enter this program will be required to relocate to the Ventura County area in Southern California.
• Master apprentices will be full-time paid Haas employees during the program, with all standard employee benefits included.
• Upon successful completion, each apprentice will be given the opportunity to begin their manufacturing career as a Haas employee in our state of the art, highly automated machine shop.
• To be considered for the Haas Master Apprentice Program, you must be a top graduate of a 2-year CNC machining or related educational program (a certificate or degree is required as proof of graduation).
